Theres genuine criticism around him for not being able to win big games and has poor in game roster management and decision making. But on the other hand, its not his fault Lamar crumbles in big games, his players drop game winning balls on the goal line, kickers miss easy kicks etc.

I think the fact that AJ Brown torched them in that 35–10 loss to the Eagles on Sunday was what broke the camel’s back. As you surely recall, Brown was traded to the Eagles in the off-season, and the Titans’ passing game has not been particularly effective this season. The Titans are still in first place, but have lost two in a row and are not competitive with the top teams in the league. Everything revolves around Derrick Henry, and if an opposing defense takes Henry and those Titans shirts away, the Titans don’t have enough offense. This has been a problem for years, and Robinson made it worse by trading away Ryan Tannehill’s best target.

Bruce Matthews & Kevin Mawae, both Hall of Famers, were 2 of the greatest offensive linemen of all time, & booked playing time in Tennessee. Another all time great O Lineman & Hall of Famer, Mike Munchak, finished his career in Houston before the franchise moved. Great, great player. Randy Moss, a great wide receiver & Hall of Famer, made a brief stopover in Tennessee. Eddie George was a terrific running back for the team, and seeing his number on Titans shirts is still common today, as they had a fine tight end in Frank Wycheck.
