Other than a cable or dish sports channel, there are some free streams to watch games online. Stream2watch is useful. Though you may get some popups or windows that are unrelated, I just close them. Never download anything to watch a stream online as it usually is a virus or a malware attack. Using these streams are not without risk if you don’t know what you are doing. Always have a paid up anti virus on your computer.
