Here is reality … the Saints D played against a QB whose scouting report that says keep him from crossing the 50 you win the game. Minshew is a 3rd string backup he can’t keep drives alive, the only reason why he started is the same reason Dalton is starting for the Saints the HC of both teams don’t trust the better QB. The only reason why the Saints won, Jalen Hurts didn’t play. The only two QB who beat the Eagles a full strength was the one who retired and the other who was sitting on the bench. Maybe if Dennis Allen would have manned up to say his defense stinks being ranked in the bottom 25 for 8 weeks and is last in creating TO it might have made a difference but DA didn’t do what he specializes in and its defense. He himself use to be the Saints secondary coach but as we saw they gave away their best players for used parts. The Saints season was done the moment DA lied about JW health. Its a shame he’s will be back for another season … and I fear for the new QB if they draft one … because wearing New Orleans Saints LA Strong 2025 NFL Hoodie won’t protect them from DA ruining this guy’s career in 1 season.
