For people who don’t get it… and I’m not just talking about the ones who booed. The protest is not about the national anthem that has racial undertones if people knew all 4 verses, especially the 3rd verse. But it wasn’t about the anthem and playing the “black national anthem” was not going to solve anything. People are still missing the point. When people finally get it, that compromise is not an option. Compromise only delays the root of the problem. It’s like having a bad tooth that needs to be pulled. If you leave it there long enough it will affect the other teeth. Even when you pull the one bad one or all the others that get bad… the empty areas are a reminder that you didn’t take care of the problem. But you can always replace it with false teeth… but the key word is FALSE. Race is a problem and it has always been the rotten tooth in America; it gives them bad breath and some are fine with the stink and pain racism shows. I saw two things that happened.
