I think it would be a stupid desperation move to trade up for him in the 2nd round. Maybe the Rams can even trade down, get some more picks, and hope that Penix falls to them in the middle of the 3rd round at that 83rd overall pick, which would be the best spot to see him in Los Angeles Rams Jesus Crown of Thorns T Shirt in my eyes.
