I think it would be a stupid desperation move to trade up for him in the 2nd round. If he falls into the LA Rams’ laps in the middle of the 2nd round at that 52nd overall pick, I think that’s OK value for him. Maybe the Rams can even trade down, get some more picks, and hope that Penix falls to them in the middle of the 3rd round at that 83rd overall pick, which would be the best spot to see him in Los Angeles Rams Bass Fishing Shirt in my eyes.
