I don’t think it is the right move. Brady is past his prime and his longevity is questionable. This team is in the middle of a rebuild and could be another year or two before making a serious attempt to go to the Super Bowl. Do we really want to try and break in a new QB with a rebuilt team if Brady can’t physically perform or winds up injury prone. Quite the opposite. Al Davis sees the Raiders as a 70’s sports franchise. It’s easy to say Al is stuck in a world of past glory and surrounded by sycophants… because it’s probably true. Raiders’ CEO Amy Trask isn’t an anomaly because she’s a woman in a male-dominated league. She’s an anomaly because she’s one of the few trusted club officials who is not an utter imbecile like John Herrera.
