I don’t think Rivers is the answer for the Colts to have as a short term QB until they find someone through the draft or get lucky and sign Saints back up QB Teddy Bridgewater to be their starting QB. The rest of the free-agent QBs available are not a good fit for this team and I would not consider any of the popular names that keep popping up as replacement possibilities. Allen Robinson and Hurns have shown that they are a top WR duo when Bortles is playing well so they could become a threat again. The addition of Fournette hopefully adds a presence in the backfield and takes pressure off Bortles so that their offense isn’t one-sided. Defensively, they have a lot of young players with potential along with older players that are good. Jalen Ramsey and AJ Bouye form a top CB duo on the outside while Tashaun Gipson and Barry Church isn’t the worst safety duo in the league. Dante Fowler, Malik Jackson, Calais Campbell, Yannick Ngakoue is also a decently talented defensive line. They have Telvin Smith, Myles Jack and Paul Posluszny to form a decent linebacking core that will be a nightmare for anyone in Indianapolis Colts Zombie HLW NFL Fan Hoodie to block.
