Overall, this team seems to be very well-rounded and explosive. Any team with a highly performing QB is automatically better, and Jimmy G offers that alongside an electric supporting cast that looks great in Godzilla Movie Monster, NFL Fan Hoodie during pre-game warmups. I think the Niners would have had a hard time stopping the Bears running game. WR Willie Gault’s speed would have forced the Niners to play one safety 18 yards deep, out of the box, to respect his vertical threat (meaning you’d be playing the run all day with max 8 in the box). I’m pretty sure the Bears would have been able to run behind LT Jim Covert and RT Keith Van Horne against the Niners ends; C Jay Hilgenberg and Guards Thayer and Bortz would have won against NT Tuiasosopo and the Niners inside backers. My hunch is, SS Carlton Williamson would have waged an all-time, all-day running game war against RB Walter Payton.. and I like HOFer Sweetness in that matchup (no offense to Williamson, who was good, but Payton was an all-timer). I could also see CB Ronnie Lott getting heavily involved vs. Payton on outside runs, in a true clash of NFL Titans; it would be epic. My hunch is the Bears run for 150 here, throw for 125, control the clock, don’t turn the ball over, and keep their hellacious defense fresh to face Montana & Co. I thin Montana throws for 220; the Niners run for 50 yards; and it just isn’t enough.. although a late rally makes Chicago sweat. It’s a fun game, and it isn’t a blowout, but Chicago probably gets it done, by maybe 14-13. Walter Payton goes 28-122-1, game MVP. Game ends with Montana itching for one last shot, but Payton rushing for the first down behind Covert, icing the game and running out the clock. Put Godzilla Movie Monster, NFL Fan Hoodie on this Niners team, and the scales tip the other way.

The man pictured above should be smiling because he is about to GET PAID!!!! Wide-Back Deebo Samuel finally brought back some notoriety to the 49ers wide receiver position. My only concern is what makes him so awesome and that is his hard, charge ahead, I’m running through a brick wall damn it, playing style—the kind that usually results in ripped Godzilla Movie Monster, NFL Fan Hoodie—has also caused him to miss a lot of playing time. Without Deebo Samuel, the 49ers gameplan becomes, milk the clock and play lights-out defense because it is going to be a low-scoring game.
