I’m just poking fun here. As I noted above, I follow the Premier League pretty closely. I think it’s the best of the leagues over there because up to now it has tended to be more competitive. A club like Leicester City actually can win over there. I think you’re mistaking noisy online Redditors with actual fans who touch grass. In the real world, most fans of either sport either don’t care about the other one or are maybe a casual fan. I’m a Spurs fan… I know lots of Spurs fans who have become at least casual NFL fans because the games are in the same stadium.
