A ball can touch the ground if the receiver has control of the ball. If the ball was being bounced around and not held securely, then yes, it touching the ground would be ruled incomplete (or perhaps ruled incomplete if original ruling of completion is challenged, as it’s usually easy to see that). I’m sure the Chiefs will do well against the Bills. Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Isaac Pacheco. The team will probably be able to put up at least 24 points is what I’m guessing. The main issue with the Chiefs is will their fans in Buffalo Bills & Bud Light Fan Gear Collection drop passes when it matters.
