If Robinson goes before pick six (I think he will, and possibly, as high as #2 overall to the Rams)… then OT Jake Matthews from Texas A & M will be there at pick six for the Falcons. He’s another plug and play 10-year pro, who would start immediately, and should be taken by the Falcons. Most scouts like him more than Robinson; I do not. I believe Robinson is a HOF-type and Matthews is a Pro Bowler; regardless, either would help Matt Ryan & Co. look a lot better in their Atlanta Falcons Team Logo NFL Fan Hoodie on Sundays.

I think many Falcons supporters (myself included) were pleasantly shocked that the 2016–17 team wasn’t an 8-win team. The team managed to overcome one significant injury (Trufant) and other relatively minor injuries and cobbled together enough talent on defense to help an historic offense earn wins. The team embraced the “next man up” philosophy like no other Falcons team I’ve ever seen. But, in the NFL injuries can include an element of luck and the Falcons were very lucky with injuries throughout the regular season. The season goes southward very quickly if (God forbid) any of Ryan, Coleman, Freeman, the whole O-Line, or the wonderful rookie linebackers wearing Atlanta Falcons Team Logo NFL Fan Hoodie like Deion Jones/Campbell were to go down.
()No. The Falcons weren’t expected to be a serious NFC Contender anyway. Honestly, each Divison in the NFL had a disappointing team based on either how they played all year or how they sputtered at certain points to knock them out. Here are my most disappointing NFL Teams AFC East: New England Patriots – It seems that Tom Brady really was the guy up in New England. Apart from Cam Newton’s awful play and myriad of injuries and COVID related issues, the Patriots just couldn’t hold a candle to Buffalo. For the first time in recent memory, the path to the Super Bowl won’t go through Foxborough. AFC South: Houston Texans – Ignoring the fact that the team made blunder after blunder in terms of personnel decisions, Bill O’Brien turned what was once a legitimate Super Bowl Contender into an absolute trainwreck in record time. AFC North: Baltimore Ravens – While Cleveland and Pittsburgh were playing a bit over their heads, Baltimore was the team that couldn’t get its act together. They’re only in the playoffs because Tua chose Week 17 to have his worst NFL Game yet. They were also Super Bowl contenders. But now? Theyll be lucky to make it past their first round games this weekend. AFC West: Las Vegas Raiders – The Raiders are the only team that can go into a season with no expectations and still disappoint their fans. While the Chargers and Broncos took steps forward and Kansas City dominated, this was a chance for Oakland to prove they were a formidable AFC team. Instead, they fell apart when a playoff spot was all but assured. NFC East: Philadelphia Eagles – Never have I seen a Super Bowl team collapse so quickly after winning. This team once upended the Patriot Dynasty? Filled with nothing but injuries, drama and another pending regime change, the Eagle somehow swiped the title of most dysfunctional Pennsylvanian based team from the Steelers and Philles and own it like a badge of honor. NFC South: Tampa Bay Buccaneers – This isn’t because they were bad this year. But they had an opportunity with Drew Brees hurt and the Steelers starting a Backuo QB to run away with the division. They played so unevenly, that some were wondering if theyd make the playoffs at all. They did, but they’ve got a LOT to prove, even against the [Name Redacted] NFC North: Minnesota Vikings – It isn’t an NFL Season if the Vikings don’t somehow find every conceivable way to screw themselves out of a playoff spot. A suspect defense that was once top in the NFL combined with seriously uneven offensive performances and you’ve got the most disappointing team in the NFL IMO NFC West: San Francisco 49ers – Injuries and Pandemics aren’t things you can predict, but they are things you can adapt to. San Francisco did none of these things and basically started punting the season midway through, which is why fans weren’t exactly rushing out to buy new Atlanta Falcons Team Logo NFL Fan Hoodie to represent the division. A shame too, because the NFC seems pretty damn winnable at the moment.
